Katrina Paulino
FOUNDER, Certified EMDR Therapist
Katrina has been working with clients in the Los Angeles area for the past 10+ years. She typically work with teens and adults who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma/complex trauma.
Because symptoms look different for every person, Katrina utilizes a variety of therapy techniques (mind & body) in order to help clients achieve their goals. In addition to more traditional talk therapy, she also incorporates somatic work and EMDR with each client. It's her experience that by weaving together these modalities, clients are able to achieve an accelerated sense of overall mental, physical, and emotional wellness. Katrina works with all types of complex trauma, but specializes in working with attachment wounds.
“When not working, I spend a scary amount of time at the grocery store. I have an ever-growing list of books I am forever getting through (my most recent favorite- Tomorrow and Tomorrow and Tomorrow). I also love to grab dinner with friends, walk my dog, and spend time with my lunatic children.”
