  • Katrina Paulino

    FOUNDER, Certified EMDR Therapist

Katrina has been working with clients in the Los Angeles area for the past 10+ years. She typically work with teens and adults who are dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma/complex trauma.

Because symptoms look different for every person, Katrina utilizes a variety of therapy techniques (mind & body) in order to help clients achieve their goals. In addition to more traditional talk therapy, she also incorporates somatic work and EMDR with each client. It's her experience that by weaving together these modalities, clients are able to achieve an accelerated sense of overall mental, physical, and emotional wellness. Katrina works with all types of complex trauma, but specializes in working with attachment wounds.

“When I’m not working, I’m typically chasing around my kids, cuddling with my dog, or spending an inordinate amount of time at the grocery store. I also love to cook, read, and spend time up at the beach in Ventura.”

  • RACHEL BROUS

    AMFT, EMDR Therapist

Rachel works under the belief that all humans are entitled to and worthy of a safe space to be seen, heard, supported and honored. She is dedicated to being and creating that safe space for her clients because with it, individuals can more effectively access the capacity for deeper reflection, exploration and understanding of self.

With a strengths based approach, Rachel helps her clients connect to the gifts, wisdom and tools that are innate to them and helps them to refine and expand on those, so that they feel confidently equipped to navigate their life and relationships with as much grace and ease and joy as possible.

Rachel looks at her clients through a holistic lens, considering the full person and the entirety of the tapestry of who they are, created by all of their experiences. With Rachel you can learn what has shaped you and more consciously choose how you will be shaped by all the experiences to come.

Rachel also teaches yoga and meditation and is a reiki master, so loves to blend mindfulness based techniques into her work with her clients as well when appropriate.

In her free time, you can find Rachel in nature - on a trail hiking or at the beach, on her yoga mat, or immersed in her community, spending time with people she loves.

  • HAE LEE

    AMFT, EMDR Therapist

From an early age, Hae discovered her unique gift for insight—the ability to discern patterns in people’s lives and intuitively understand their needs. Growing up, many people would tell her, “You’re the first person I’ve told this to,” a testament to her natural ability to make others feel safe and grounded in her presence.

Hae believes that by allowing ourselves to feel and confront our wounds, and by being honest with ourselves, we create space for deeper connections with ourselves, others, and, for those who believe, something greater than ourselves.

Her specialties include, but are not limited to, working with individuals through stress, anxiety, depression, shame, relationship issues, and life transitions—helping clients strengthen self-awareness, identify what is and isn’t working in their lives, recognize both their self-limiting beliefs and potential, and offering practical tools to guide individuals toward the lives they aspire to lead, all at a pace that aligns with the client’s needs and capacity.

Hae approaches people through a holistic lens, understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. When appropriate, her sessions combine psychotherapy with mindfulness and spiritual practices, such as breath work, visualization meditation, and energy healing, drawing on her 6+ years of experience teaching Reiki and working with clients in her holistic practice.

“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” —Rumi
